ExchangesExchanges are only offered if the product(s) is defective or damaged. Subject to the following conditions: The exchange is within 14 days of the original sale date. Item must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unused). You must cover the cost of the return shipping for the original purchase. The exchange will be posted out at no additional cost. All exchanges are shipped out only once the original purchase has been received and inspected by ONYXTRIX. If an item does not meet the the original sale condition criteria an exchange will not be granted, and the original purchase will be returned to you. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the exchange.

Faulty ReturnsIf the product(s) you receive are faulty. We will offer you an exchange, credit or refund. Subject to the following conditions: Proof of purchase must be provided. The exchange is within 14 days of the original sale date. If the return falls outside this period, ONYXTRIX cannot accept the returned items. Item must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unused). You must cover the cost of the return shipping for the original purchase. The exchange will be posted out at no additional cost. All exchanges are shipped out only once the original purchase has been received and inspected by ONYXTRIX. If an item does not meet the the original sale condition criteria an exchange will not be granted, and the original purchase will be returned to you. RefundsAll orders are final. ONYXTRIX can only offer refunds if the product arrives with a manufacturing fault. However this does not include general wear and tear. Please see our faulty return section.

Care Instructions- Do not bleach. - Do not tumble dry/ dry clean. - Do not apply iron over decorations/ iron inside out. - Cold wash - Hang dry in shade.

Postage TimeShipping times in Australia vary but may be up to two weeks as all packages are posted through Australia Post. All orders will include a tracking number.

ShippingPlease make sure your name, shipping/billing address, and all info is correct. ONYXTRIX cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control such as service delays, lost packages, or stolen items.

International ShippingInternational shipping is available. Please contact us via our email address onyxtrixbusiness@gmail.com or via IG @onyxtrix_official. International shipping rates can vary depending on location. Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
